Full Buck Moon in Capricorn
Version 2.0 with Journaling Prompts
I wrote out this entire post straight on Metaface only to edit out a few spaces between paragraphs, and in doing so, my beautiful post disappeared. If this wasn’t the perfect opportunity to illustrate how things don’t always work out the way we plan. Sometimes things change, and these changes become opportunities to be blessings in our lives if we allow our lens to see change as a blessing.
Today, we can observe the Full Buck Moon in Capricorn. This being a leap year gives us the rare miracle of a second Full Capricorn moon. This full moon has a pleasant aspect to Venus, allowing us to focus on healing. Full moons give us a sacred space to work on releasing, bringing us healing.
Releasing the need to control others helps us experience inner peace. Everyone, including ourselves, has the divine right to walk their spiritual path(and the physical one too!). I think of people as beings of light living and writing a chapter of their human experience. If I am trying to control others by grabbing their book and trying to write in it, I am interfering with their experience. In addition, I am trying to take responsibility for their progress. It is ok if they aren’t on the same spiritual experience chapter as the one you are having. There can be millions of years of difference between two individuals. Through mercy, I can give others space to explore and experience the chapter someone is writing for their life. I much prefer the inner peace that comes from just being the author of my reality. My spirit feels lighter and happier as I focus on things that bring me joy.
Releasing thoughts to adverse experiences in the past allows us to live in the present. When I spent my sovereign energy on reliving the past, that was a clue that I hadn’t fully experienced the emotions. I went through each emotion I created from the negative event and experienced it instead of suppressing it. By fully experiencing them, I allowed them to flow through my body instead of holding on to them. Emotions we create from adversity also allow us to address our self-limiting beliefs, not having or asserting boundaries, and reversing our victim mindset. We are the Creator of our reality!
Releasing thoughts of worry about future experiences allows us to live in the present. We attract the very things we focus on and pay attention to. Read it again, please. We attract what we worry about. In addition, fear is a block to living in joy.
Forgiveness is the instrument that cuts the energetic cords that attach us to our adversity. Forgiveness was a problem for me. I could say the words, “I forgive”. But I want to feel the feeling. I knew if the feelings of forgiveness weren’t there, I couldn’t experience inner peace. In short, I chose a shortcut to get to the end point of feeling forgiveness. Instead, I intended to feel the vibration of inner peace because, from my spiritual experience, I knew if I could remember peace, I would desire it over holding on to my feelings of hurt from my past. Spoilers! This works. This also completes the experience.
The Full Moon is a great opportunity to release and heal! Healing the experiences we came to have as a human being is one of our objectives in the Earth Project. Changing our focus to one that looks for blessings in our lives allows our frequency to attract blessings in our lives.
Gratitude helps us to refocus back to the present.
I am grateful for the abundance of vegetables in my garden, the clouds painting the sky with whisps of color, and the summer flowers refusing to yield to the heat.
