What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records Defined

The Akashic or Cosmic Records are a library of all information about all light beings and happenings in this universe and the other side of awareness(this is where our consciousness/souls originate and live). Some religious manuscripts reference The Akashic/Cosmic Records as the Book of Life. It is unknown to whom these records were first credited, as Tibetan monks would have access to this fifth element to obtain spiritual wisdom and guidance. The Records have been accessed and noted in Egyptian, Greek, Persian, Mayan, Jewish, and numerous Indigenous cultures. *The fifth element is “time”. It also is referred to as “ether”. My definition is that the Records are time itself.

I see the Records as a library from which people can access information about who they are and their Souls Journey when they are ready to receive this information. The Akashic Records are protected by the Keepers of Information and located at the Place or Home of the Records. The Home of the Records is one of twelve places or homes available to a light being after their soul is birthed at the Place or Home Where Souls are born.

The Keepers of the Records are charged with protecting the library of records from being accessed by a Soul/Consciousness on Earth before they are ready to receive the information. A Keeper will know the intent of the person/light being when the attempt to access takes place. In this way, they protect the integrity of the Records. Any person with genuine intent to receive information about themselves for their Soul’s/Consciousness growth can learn to access the records. On the other side of awareness, all light beings have unrestricted access to all Records.

Edgar Cayce was famous for the information he shared from the Akashic Records. Edgar Cayce was from the Place/Home of the Master Manifestors. I see these beings in lighthouse form when I see their light. All Souls/Consciousness are from one of twelve places/homes. I will have a post on each home linked here shortly. Accessing the Akashic Records for Yourself

We access the Akashic Records through our Heart Chakra. Often, our chakras are clogged up with our life experiences that we haven’t processed. Emotional surrendering is integral to helping process the human experiences we signed up for per the terms of our Soul Agreement. We planned this agreement on the Home or Place of the Incarnation Blueprint Holders, and the probabilities are overseen by the Seers from the Home/Place of the Seers. The Seers are advanced in scholarly knowledge regarding probabilities of the potentials of all aspects of our incarnation in the physical and spiritual growth on the other side of awareness. The Incarnation Blueprint Holders keep our records until they are filed with the Akashic Records.

Many practitioners have their own “method” of accessing the Records. Prayers, songs, or a personal verbal statement are the most common ways. That is ok.

I have some Pro Tips and hope you may find that following your intuition is the best guidance.

Many Akashic Records practitioners teach accessing the Records through a prayer and if you resonate with this method then by all means use it. Being relaxed and hydrated is extremely helpful. Because alcohol is dehydrating me in a very drastic way. I do not drink it. Alcohol is a vibrationally lowering device. Caffeine also puts my nervous system in a hyper-not-relaxed state. So that’s a no-no for me also. Recreational substances legal and illegal can be inhibiting to a high energetic frequency. Always follow your physician’s medical advice about maintaining your health and wellness.

The idea is to maintain or access a higher vibrational frequency within us and sometimes we have self-limiting beliefs and thoughts. These emotions are stuffed down deep and clog up our natural state of consciousness and our chakras.

Get Relaxed to Access the Records for Yourself

Places I am most relaxed: in the bathtub soaking in Epsom salts, driving my car, and also while listening to music. I have accessed the Records a great many times while driving because I go into a really relaxed state. One time while driving, I wondered(just a thought question), what are the 5 nearest planets to Earth that we can’t see with our eyes because they exist in a different vibrational frequency? The Records replied and I barely remembered the first of the five names to write down when I got home.

Until I got used to knowing the energy signature of the Records, I assigned symbolism to the energy signature so I knew I was communicating with the Records. I first used the Alexa Voice which Amazon trademarks. When I got tired of that I changed it to the scent of books. Each time, I accessed the records I would smell books. How did I assign these signatures? I simply intended them before accessing the Records. When I am relaxed which is at bedtime, in the middle of the night when I wake up at 2 am-3 am, or when I first wake up in the morning, I can access a very relaxed state of mind. I do much spiritual work.

My nighttime routine is as follows. As I get into bed, I think of three things from the day that I am grateful for and recite them in my head. I then clean my metaphysical energy by imagining my light body surrounded by a wind vortex that I rotate(again with my visualization)counter-clockwise and send all energy cords that aren’t mine back to their owner with love. I then rotate clockwise and call my energy from the past and future back into the present, into the now. I then encase it with a fresh white Source(Higher Self) energy container. This container looks like a cylinder and is designed to be refreshed during the day with the purest energy from Source. I fill this container with pink LOVE energy from Source. The purpose of my container with a shield is to provide my physical body with a streaming Source/Love energy. I’m a walking container of happiness and love. *I wrote this article back when I manually cleaned my metaphysical energy. I no longer need to do this as I have cleared my energy field pockets of all my emotional experiences, and I AM Source of energy walking around in a physical body. I do often meditate and this refreshes my spiritual energy levels. You can make your own visualization practice to help you relax. I now only take to the count of 3 full breaths to access my trance state to make contact.

After this little ritual, I then access the Records or the apartment I set up in a Quantum frequency to talk to my light-being liaisons or other light beings that I call or they come in to talk. Being relaxed is key! Have fun designing your own process to connect.

What Should You Ask The Records

When I am in a relaxed state, I then connect with the Records to ask questions. This is when you can use a guided meditation, a prayer, a statement, or simply intent to connect to the Records.

The first question I asked the Records was how to help other people heal from their pain and trauma? The reply was “your song”. “You will sing your song to the children, and they will sing it to the adults, and people will heal.”

I asked where I spiritually grew up. Sirius(Orion): When did I begin to work in the Earth’s reality? Over 29,480 some years ago. How many lifetimes did I have as a tree? You can ask just about anything. You may not get an answer is the question is too vague. You may get an answer like, “yes/no” which can mean maybe or that the answer is both yes and no which means that the answer is more complicated than an simple yes and/or no.

I was taught that you should not ask the Records yes and no questions. This isn’t true either. The Records uses concepts that I as Conscious Laura can understand. Sometimes I lack the words in human language to explain what I see. But I can generally try to describe a concept using metaphors. Don’t be discouraged by a non-answer. I had a synchronicity that continually popped up for me. The word Australia. I asked the Records what it meant and I got no answer. I began to study everything I could about Australia, the food, climate, geography, theater, real estate, celebrities, and government. I watched YouTube blogs, read books, made Australian sausage rolls, studied maps, and repeatedly had Australian synchronicities popping up everywhere. Then finally, I studied about the First Nations people of Australia and any information I could about The Dreaming and the beginning of this world. After 20 months of studying Australia, in the bathtub…once again I asked the Records, “What does the Australian synchronicity mean??” In my head, a picture of Uluru appeared. Uluru ended up being an important clue to my light-being origins. That fairly bright star is Sirius, in Orion’s belt. Orion is one of the twelve homes that are available to all light beings after they are born. Sirians are one type of light being on Orion which is also known as the home of knowledge/the university.

Sample questions one can ask the Akashic Records: I like to start with general guidance.

What is the most important thing I should know today? What does my Soul/Spirit/Consciousness want me to know today? How can I remove limiting beliefs? How can I feel happy with what I have now? How can I move into the life of my dreams? What is this (insert situation) teaching me? How can I spiritually heal from a past (trauma, life, relationship)? How can I experience and release this emotion from a past experience?

Take an Akashic Records Class

How to practice accessing the Records! I highly recommend taking a LIVE class even if it is online. It REALLY helps to have the same intention to access the Records with other people. Combining consciousness for the same purpose helps everyone’s consciousness work in the intuitive state. My consciousness felt like I had muscles I hadn’t used after the 20 hours of class.

Even though I didn’t resonate with a prayer to access the Records, I had a wonderful instructor, the 5 individuals who took the class, (one of whom was from Australia! Go figure!) were all very talented in their own ways and we spent the whole class giving each other readings. It is GOOD to get practice where you can and take what resonates from the class with you.
